Will the DVD work in my country and player?

Yes. Our DVD's are totally region free which means they play in all DVD devices worldwide, if the device plays DVD's it will Play our product. All our DVD's are NTSC format which is the USA TV fromat, which is compatible with all TV's around the world. All PAL TV's that were made within the last 10 years are NTSC compatable.

How quickly will my order ship?

Our warehouse will always dispatch orders within 24 hours of your order being placed (monday to friday) and delivery time will will take between 2-10 business days worldwide or 1-3 in Australia

 

How do you choose the resorts you film?

As all skiers and snowboarders would know, snow fall is a variable which is hard to predict. We try to be flexible and follow the snow. We have a wish list of around 100 resorts from around the world and we basically try to go from one resort to the next only deciding within 1-2 weeks where to film next. Even with this short time frame we have been caught out, we arrived at a resort recently 48 hours after they had 4ft of fresh powder, only to wake the next morning to warm conditions well above freezing and sloppy snow. We were unable to film at the location. We left for the other side of the world and 5 days later they had another 4ft of fresh and the temperatures stayed well below freezing. Conditions play a big part, one day we might be in Europe and if the conditions are not great we could be in the USA filming 2 days later.
